Ongoing:
A fully integrated & automatic technical powder feeding mechanism.
Objectives:
- Eliminate / avoid technical powder getting exposed to the atmosphere.
- An effective and most efficient method to feed the Technical powder in to the main mixing drum.
- To minimize human interaction as much as possible.
- To provide an automatic operational mechanism as a solution for a smoother production process.
- To achieve these objectives within the given vacant area allocated for the entire unit.
Projects completed:
1. Designing and development of an Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine.
The Problem:
Manually filling a highly poisonous chemical in to 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 50ml and 100ml bottles resulting inaccurate filled quantity and slow workflow speeds. Chemical wastage due to human errors is another problem the company was faced with.2. Fiber optic cable repairing and recalibration.
The Problem:
The dedicated fiber optic cable which was used for data communication between the main factory and the office complex was damaged and dislocated.

Projects completed:
1. Troubleshooting & reaping the Inverter module of a Blow Molding Machine (Plastic bottle manufacturing machine).
2. Designed, developed and installed a Main Control Unit (MCU) for a Blow Molding Machine (Plastic bottle manufacturing machine) using Microcontroller based technology.
Kottawa North Dharmapala Vidyalaya – Kottawa, Sri Lanka.
Projects completed:
1. Fully automatic school period bell alarm & Public Address (PA) management system.
The Problem:
- Lack of consistency in the school period bell alarm timing.
- Incorrect timing of the school period bell alarms.
- Manual operation for the school song and national anthem at start and ending of school.
- Inability to address the students, staff, grades and sections together or individually by the principal (dean).
- Lack of centralized controlling environment for the entire process.
