The casings, mechanisms, circuits, controllers, PLC modules, Microcontrollers are a 100% fabrication of HyDriveLanka in Sri Lanka. We are the first and the only service provider in Sri Lanka
(so far) that design & fabricate our own PLC’s & Microcontrollers. Due to this reason, the confidence level in offering after sales services is far more superior to any other competitor in this field and above all, cost effective.
Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine
This automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is a custom made two head, table top model used to fill variety of liquids (conditions apply). Our automatic volumetric liquid filling machines are specially manufactured to be used with different types of glass, plastic or metal containers. These filling machines work on volumetric principles and are fitted with state-of-the-art sensors coupled with manual calibrators for fine tuning purpose. The main tank and the bottle platform is 100% Stainless Steel (SS). The desired volume can be adjusted by selecting the relevant filling amount using the user friendly main control panel. Bottles are kept bellow the nozzles manually. Output: 8/16/24 bottles per minute depending on the type of liquid and fill size. Four filling head machines can also be provided.

- The option of filling either one (1) bottle at a time or two (2) bottles at a time using the “Filling Mode Switch”
- Left – Only the left side bottle will be filled
- Centre – Both left side and right side bottles will be filled at the same time
- Right – Only the right side bottle will be filled

- Two (2) “Manual Regulators” to regulate the liquid flow in order to fine tune the quantity being filled to the bottles
- Durable main control panel key pad (Soft Touch) with indicator lights.
- 16 x 2 ANSI – LCD display.
- Programmable “Liquid Filling Capacity” and “Delay Time” Settings.
- “Total Bottle Count” for each capacity category up to 65,535 bottles. (After totaling this count it resets to 0)
- The system generates and maintains “Total Bottle Count Logs” and “Total Volume Logs”.

Fully Automatic School Period Bell Alarm & Public Address (PA) Management System.
This system was originally designed and developed by HyDriveLanka in the year 2007 as a R&D project after identifying one of the most overlooked requirements for Schools in Sri Lanka. The Automatic School Period Bell Alarm & Public Address (PA) Management System can eliminate all the inconveniences caused by a conventional manual belling action starting from maintaining an accurate time table across the entire School and also with more added features that will increase productivity.
Features:
Automatically activating the School starting & ending bell alarms at any pre-programmed time with the ability to change/modify settings by the user.
Automatically playing audio tracks such as; prayers, music, school song & national anthem at any pre-programmed time with the ability to change/modify settings by the user.
Automatically activating the School period starting & ending bell alarms at any pre-programmed time with the ability to change/modify settings by the user.
The option to make special announcements from the Media Room.
The option to make special announcements from the Principal’s office room.
Both the Media room & the Principal’s room will have state-of-the-art equipment fixed with a LCD display unit to indicate the status of the system.
Ex: Showing Real Time Clock, Current Action, Next Action & Action Time.
The telephone system in Principal’s office room will have “IN USE” & “BUSY” indicator lights to indicate when there is an announcement taking place or when the automated system is playing a track (bell, song, anthem, etc...)
The Main Control System can be operated in two (2) modes;
Auto – The whole process will be fully automated controlled by the System
Manual – The whole process can be controlled manually using the existing (current) system.
The Main Control System will be coupled with a password protection feature.
Backup power to the Main Control System will be provided by an Industrial Standard 650 VA Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS).
GSM Security System - GVSS - 870M1 for Automobiles
Distress call to your mobile phone from your CAR! Immobilise your car with your PHONE!
Scenario 01: Theft:
Imagine a situation where you park your valuable automobile somewhere far away from you. So far away, that even if you already have a siren system built in to your vehicle, you would not be able to hear it. What happens when your valuable vehicle gets stolen and you do not have any means or a way to know about it until you go to the place where you parked the car to only find out that it’s missing?
By having our GSM Security System (GVSS - 870M1) installed & programmed in to your car, it will call your mobile phone (or any other pre-programmed phone number) and will continue calling until you answer the emergency call sent by your car.
Thereafter, all you have to do is to answer the call and immobilise your car engine simply by pressing a single button on your phone.
Scenario 02: Hijack
Imagine a situation where you are driving in your valuable vehicle and you are being hijacked at gun point. You might have to hand over everything you posses at that time including the keys to your car and even your mobile phone.
By having our GSM Security System (GVSS - 870M1) installed & programmed in to your car, you can afford to give all of these away and let the hijackers leave that instance.
Afterwards, all you have to do is to find the nearest phone booth or any other phone that you can find and call your car and activate the complete immobilisation mode of the engine.
By sending a missed call to the car, the location of the car will be SMS’ed to a pre-determined GSM phone number (preferably the owners’ mobile number).
